Everyone has a story

Often in the morning as I am waking up, God gives me ideas. This website is one of those ideas. I believe God wants followers of Christ to use their stories to help other people understand that He is a God who can do ANYTHING. Most importantly, save us from our sin.

My story began in Lakeland, FL where I grew up on a small farm (yes, I was a country girl!) with my family. There was my mom and dad, an older brother and a younger sister. We had chickens, horses, and cows, so we learned at a young age how to work hard.

Growing up my parents faithfully took us to church where we learned about God. One night when I was 8 years old, my mom was answering my sister's questions about some bible verses, and I became interested in the conversation. As we talked, I realized I was a sinner and I needed Jesus to save me. I remember kneeling by my parent's bed where I prayed and asked Jesus to come into my life and be my Lord and Savior.

I pray that as you read through the stories on this site you will find encouragement or more importantly, find Jesus

World Traveler

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the farthest parts of the earth.” Acts 1:8

I love to travel, and most importantly, tell people about Jesus. God has allowed me the incredible opportunity to travel in 30 countries as I helped train and equip people to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. And I was able to visit some other countries along the way.

Disciple Maker

"Go and make disciples of all nations..." Matthew 28:19

Through the years God has given me many different opportunities to disciple students and adults such as a youth camp in Poland, a group of girls at a DNow weekend and a bible study at a local school. Now you'll find me sitting on our boat in the middle of the lake teaching a group of interns.

"The Bible offers a master story that we are invited to make our personal story. We become characters in that story. If we join that story, we have both rights and responsibilities. One of those responsibilities is to remember what God has done and to tell it to the next generation."

“Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4

Both Chris and I were in our 30's when we met. I was training a team at his church to serve overseas and he joined the team. We married 6 months later!

Little did we know that God would take our giftedness, marry it and bless us with a watersports ministry, 3/20. This is our story

Executive Director

“Let every detail in your lives-words, actions, whatever-be done in the name of the Master, Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way." Colossians 3:17

I have the pleasure of training and equipping students and adults to use watersports as a tool for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. 3-20 was founded on Ephesians 3:20 as we believe everyone can make a wake (difference).

Speaker

"Hallelujah! Thank God! Pray to him by name! Tell everyone you meet what he has done!" Psalm 105:10

I continue to share my stories as God gives opportunity. Send me an email
